Terms & Conditions — Janitex Cleaning Services

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by Janitex Cleaning Services (“Janitex”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By booking or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services Provided
Janitex offers residential and commercial cleaning services including, but not limited to:
Standard cleaning
Deep cleaning
Move-in/move-out cleaning
Post-construction cleaning
Office and commercial cleaning
Service availability may vary by location and schedule.

2. Booking & Scheduling
Bookings must be made through our website, booking system, or customer service team.
You will receive a confirmation once your appointment is scheduled.
Access to the property must be provided at the agreed time.
If our team cannot access the property, a cancellation/lockout fee may apply (see Section 7).

3. Pricing & Payment
Pricing is based on property size, scope of work, and service frequency.
Quotes are estimates and may be adjusted if conditions differ upon arrival.
Payment is required at the time of booking or immediately after service is completed.
We accept major credit/debit cards and digital payments through secure third-party processors.
Janitex does not store credit card information.

4. Satisfaction Guarantee
We aim for 100% satisfaction.
If you are not satisfied with your cleaning:
Notify us within 24 hours
We will schedule a re-clean of affected areas at no cost
No refunds are offered once service is performed; we provide re-cleaning to resolve quality concerns.

5. Customer Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
Provide safe access to the property
Ensure running water & electricity are available
Secure valuables and important documents
Inform Janitex of any hazards, special cleaning instructions, or fragile items
Our cleaners do not handle:
Biohazard materials (including mold, blood, pet waste)
Insect/rodent infestations
Excessive hoarding or unsafe environments (unless pre-arranged)
If conditions are unsafe, service may be refused on-site and a service fee may be charged.

6. Supplies & Equipment
Janitex provides professional cleaning supplies and equipment unless otherwise agreed.
If you prefer specific products, you must supply them and notify us in advance.

7. Cancellation & Rescheduling
We understand plans change.
24-hour notice required to cancel or reschedule
Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a $50 fee
Lockout or no-access cases may be charged up to 50% of booking value.

8. Pets
We are pet-friendly. However:
Pets must be secured or controlled during service
We are not responsible for escaped pets.

9. Liability & Damages
We are insured and bonded.
If accidental damage occurs:
Report it to us within 24 hours
Provide photos and details
We do not cover:
Pre-existing damage
Wear and tear
Items not disclosed as fragile or requiring special care
Janitex is not liable for loss of items not properly secured.

10. Access Policies
Access options include:
Client present at arrival
Key/entry code provided in advance
Building concierge authorization
All confidential entry information is securely handled.

11. Third-Party Services
We may use secure third-party services for payments, booking, customer support, and communication.
Use of these tools is subject to their own Terms & Privacy Policies.

12. Termination of Service
We may refuse or discontinue service for:
Unsafe working conditions
Harassment or threats toward staff
Repeated last-minute cancellations
Misrepresentation of property conditions

13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be posted on our website.
Continued use of our services means you accept the updated Terms.
